On the invitation of artist Merel Stolker we participated in a conversation about being alone together. She did an arist-in-residence at KAOS in Psychosocial Center St.-Alexius Brussels. It’s a place where patients can ‘be alone together’. She developed a practise around the concept of ‘Collectief Alleen’.
The resicendy included a KAOS-talk in Museum Dr. Guislain in Ghent. Malou van Doormaal and Elly van Eeghem spoke about the relationship of loneliness to their participatory art practises. The conversation was moderated by KAOS-coördinator Mike Michiels.
