To challenge the way interaction takes place at exhibition openings, we developed a bar intervention for a group exhibition in Willem Twee Fabriek ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
Visitors could only order arrangements. Each arrangement had a different price, different glass and different beverage. “Beer” for example, could be ordered under the title A-arrangement, B-arrangement, Mini, Duo, Exclusive and No Profit. You could also order ‘whatever’ or ‘I have to drive.’ The Exclusive arrangement was the most expensive, since they got different kind of beverages, food and the possibility to drink something in the company of an artwork (the exclusive arrangement)!

We proposed this intervention to a festival in Leeuwarden, Welcome to the Village. Sadly they thought it was too radical for a large-scale festival. We did use the objects from the duo-arrangement on different occasions, like at Salon Inconnu from Ongekend, where we made the bar part of the exhibition.
